This is the pricing that the Honda CR-V should have aimed at. I think in this price point Chery doesn't necessarily have a lot of competition in terms of 7 seater cars because the other brands like Toyota and Fords pricing are far off from this. I love the way it looks, sound (even tho i had issues with rattling speaker housing) i love that it is elegant and minimalistic with plenty of power and SAFETY. I was now in process of buying new car and it was BMW x3 m40i. Everytime i was walking towards my volvo i had a feeling that i am making wrong decision. Prior to deliery i have decided to cancel on BMW and stay with volvo. I would never thought that i would get attached to a car. Order for T8 ultimate placed. I just feel there like at home.

Considering that this car weighs at 2.3ton so it is expected to be thirsty but yeah driving around town is not its specialty. But I feel like if you can stick to 2H plus ecomode trust me u can get 8l/100km. I once did Eastern Cape to Pretoria(967km) on ecomode plus cruise control at 130km/h of a VW Transporter 4motion which is very thirsty car but I did got 8l/100km from 11.5/ going down to Eastern Cape.

The blue lines in the front actually look good against the white.... 🙈 Allow me to clarify a few things..... 1. The Driver Monitoring System (DMS) is a safety feature and you get use to it. Glad it's there, keeps you alert. 2. The Vehicle telling you which mode your in can be silenced. And it will remain silenced even if you switch off the vehicle. 3. Trip A cannot be reset. This resets automatically everytime you switch off the vehicle. It keeps track of the current trip of the car. 4. Sport Mode switches gears faster and it is my personal opinion that in this mode it's more fuel efficient. 5. The vehicle starts up in the last mode that you had it in. It does not switch to Eco Mode every time you turn the vehicle off. 6. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is wireless in this vehicle. Fuel efficiency is a problem if you make it one ( don't shoot, my opinion 😂) If one can afford an 600k vehicle then you should be a able to afford to fill it up..... Also, it's a powerful vehicle. What do you expect.... Better to get a 70kw car for half the price if you want to be feul efficient. My two cents.

Wow congratulations mann Back in 2010😂 I had one a white citi sport 1.4i I changed seats to leather with citi sport on headrest Changed air filter so it can sound good 😂 I included aircon because VW was still stingy with extras then 😮😅😅 Mann Mann just have lock nuts when change wheels, gear lock, proper tracking device for obvious reasons 😂😢 And unless you don’t chill a lot in kasi, don’t put heavy sound they will come and take everythin and leave just the shell as they did me😅 Otherwise it’s a keeper😊 I reckon you paid R78k as it’s a steal really😮
