Awesome job as usual! Thx for the file. I might try to do something similar using the Roly LaserMatic MK2 30w and Dimetri’s stainless colors settings. Another design change I might make is to wrap the bottom stars all the way around rather than just the 3.

Patrick. would 2 additional jig bars, 1 at the top and 1 near the bottom in the holes that you were using for alignment give you a solid index or does it push the belt too far over to be fully locked down by the inverted jig bars?

it was stamped genuine leather. so that was good. without knowing what the process was, guess we can't say. just use good fume extraction is what i do.
