Don’t do this diet without any help this diet is dangerous because you eat only 300 calories and the teen body needs 2000 it’s a huge difference you guys can do the diet to lose weight but not for many months or years, I’m doing the diet but I’ve tried to give myself more calories than the diet so I don’t get health issues

Can you reference which calculator you're using to calculate the calories burned from walking 10k steps? Depending on weight range you shouldn't be burning ~2000 calories unless you're running many many miles at a decent pace. Unless you were counting that as your total calories out for the day including basal metabolic rate and other activities, in which case I misunderstood the explanation, sorry!
