Kindly please avoid discussing anything about the Inner Engineering aspect or the practices on public domain. If you have any questions it's best to discuss with a teacher. Please ask in your local Isha WhatsApp or raise a ticket support.ishayoga.eu/support/tickets/new or email to [email protected]. It's best if you can join the monthly Satsang in person where you will get practice corrections and clarify any doubts. If that's not possible then join the online version. All these supports are available for you directly from the trained teachers from Isha. I've myself used them for any questions I had and they will reply in a few days time. I hope this helps. 😊🙏

Anna!! I Noticed that Old compulsive pattern return back.. slightly in me Though I have been practicing sambhavi for 1 year ... Initiated in 2022 November. I have started my mandala again!! Hope i will Be bounce back!! ❤any suggestions?

i think we need to proper warm up before that. I have mild scoliosis. Getting sciatic pain after i do Angamardhana. I think Angamardhana is good for only normal bodies

Namaskaram Anna, While being initiated into Shambhavi, I dont think I focused on the breath(I remembered the instruction to focus on the breath but didn't do it), 20 days into the mandala and I realized I wasn't focusing on the breath and started doing so. Has my initiation been compromised due to this?

Namaskaram, Anna I find my body is weak for Shambhavi so I have stopped and started doing yoga namaskar to gain balance... Can you tell me how long should I wait to continue Shambhavi again?

Namaskaram Anna, You should not stop Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya for whatever reason. It is actually supporting your health. A year back I was feeling very weak and on doing a blood test it was found my vitamin B12 was very low and caused this weakness and other serious health issues as well. This was caused due to change in my diet. After treatment, things are better. I had to stop all my hatha yoga practices but have never compromised my Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya practice even for a single day. Please find out if you have any health issues with a doctor. Anna, please email the Inner Engineering team for advice on how you can continue the Kriya with the health issues you have. Also, take care of your food and sleep. 😊🙏

Sir my qn is in that 40 days mandala if i am in a travel or work though try my best to do twice a day if i miss one time a day .. shld it be started over? Coz again 40 days in future I can't make sure whether will it be done twice a day whatever best i try ?!

Namaskaram Akka, Like any other functions of the body, thoughts will also happen. You just have to do it as instructed in the class. Please speak with a teacher about this. What I've noticed is, the more I'm involved with the outside, the thoughts are mostly about them. So, I try to keep my involvement to minimum.

Namaskar Rajit! I have just been initiated to Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya 4 days ago and currently on day 3 of mandala. I have emailed Isha but they are busy, could you help me with explaining how to do fluttering of the breath? Sadhguru only showed during last session and feel like I'm getting this wrong and don't know how to correct. Thanks in advance for your help 🙏

Namaste, i just finish my initiation on 13november 2022. And when i started my mandala, in the 2nd i skip it because my baby (5months old) must go to the hospital. What should i do? Can i just restart my mandala? What about the number count in the app. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

You have to start it again. dont worry about mandala this or that. Just do your practise everyday. Past is past. From now on do it everyday

@@mustdoddy yes for 40 days everyday you should do it 2 times. After 40 days you can do it once a day but for first 40 days do it 2 times a day.

It's always best to do it as explained in the program. Please ask in your local WhatsApp group or email the inner engineering team for further guidance if you are not able to do them for any particular reason. 😊🙏

Sir, it's the same problem for every beginner. This is because we have never done anything like this before. So, don't worry about it. Make sure you have understood the instructions clearly and just follow it. It'll happen with practice. You should have a mandala group and monthly sathsang to clear any questions you have. If you are doing the right thing then right thing will happen to you. That's what I feel as grace. Now what you want is the right thing or not, I don't know. All I know is if I've offered myself selflessly to server others wellbeing then that's the right thing to do. This is volunteering. Hope this helps. 😊🙏

Namaste! You said you did it continuously for 2 years without a single day break. But what if you are very Sick like high fever, complete nose block that does not let you practice. What does one do on such days ?

Namaskaram, It's now been more than 3 years of continuous practice. So far, I was very sick with fewer for around a week but I practiced to the best I could. These practices will help us to recover as well so, if possible do it twice on those days following the time gap instructions. These kind of questions can be emailed to your inner engineering support team for the best answers. You can also join your local WA group and ask there and also in the monthly Sathsang. As you have mentioned the some of the practices which maybe confusing for others who have not done inner engineering yet. Could you edit your comment to remove the names. Hope this helps. 😊🙏

It's like you asking, I don't have time to eat 2 or 3 times a day. If you can make time to eat than you can plan to do it around it. You need to understand what is important in your life. Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya worked for me and many others as we did it exactly as it was given to us. Just do your mandala sincerely and it could give you all the time in the world. 😊🙏

Hi I got initiated 14 days ago. I have been doing it twice a day with at least 4 hours between practices. I go through the motions but I have a hard time concentrating on the kriya. I do it but think about so many other things during. Is this wrong? Will it not work?

Well done, congratulations. 4 hours gap is both between either practices and/or a meal. What you are experiencing is very normal. This is you are doing only for 14 days so, just like with doing anything new, it will take time to get uses to. It's been 3 years now and I still have thoughts while doing the Kriya. The only difference now is I know I am doing Kriya and need to bring my focus back to it. So, just practice as informed and ask all your questions and doubts in the mandala WA group or by email. Later on monthly Sathsang are there to support you. Hope this helps. 😊🙏
