Never worked with urban planners. I believe it’s a job in government. And probably not the easy one to get. But everything is possible.

Great video Vitalii, However I am disappointed by the low height of these two buildings, since it is between Emaar Beachfront and Damac Bay 1 and W Residences Dubai Harbour, which are more than 30 floors higher.
