That’s not the ROG Strix Helios case, that’s the ROG Hyperion GR701.

The one part I wanted to see you didn't show 😢. I just bought this motherboard, and its a power connection I see (#5 on 1-2 of the manual) that I don't seem to have a cable for. Left side is a 4 pin and right is an 8 pin. The only cable that my pwr supply has is the 8pin /PSU. In the board manual, it says to use 8 pin or connect both 8 pin and 4 pin (as if it's optional). Apparently it's not optional because my system didn't boot. It powered on but didn't go to post.

Is the clearance between the 16 pin off the gpu and the fans on the radiator ok? Seems like it would be a very tight bend
