Hi! A co-runner here. I love this kind of video, not only trusting but also enjoying the process! I fell in love again with running just recently (end of June), and just like you I could only run 2km to 3km thrice a week but now I can do 5k to 6k daily. Strava app helped me a lot, and the "NHS - Couch to 5k" podcast. I hope you'll continue running and embracing this lifestyle :)))

Thank you for your support! ❤️ It took me 6 years to reach this point. I returned to school at 24 and began working for the government of Canada as a student. Throughout this journey, I have consistently held 2 jobs ( 1 full time, 1 part time) 👩🏻💻 BUDGETING and SAVING 💰 have been crucial to help get to where I am today. If you use one of your kitchen gloves (the rubber ones for washing) it gives you better grip to hold the lid when opening tough jars!❤
