Really like this intent - clearly being coached to ACCELERATE the boat. Good hang, 2 seat is super smooth. I like how 6 really drives from the hips but would like to view boat behaviour to see if that aggression is disruptive - after all it's boat movement that matters, not necessarily our preconceptions of how a rower should look.

stroke of the second 8, toward the end of the piece you can see where that early square up is catching you some water on the recovery, if you can make it a little later and back it in for those top 5 inches instead of rowing it in you"ll be great, body work and biomechanically you're doing fantastic

6 seat, you're plenty strong, if you can get rid of that yoink you got going on in terms of how much weight you throw to the back of the boat you'll be a better 8's man. I doubt you row like that at higher rates or with feet out, just give it a try next time. Don't think about the inside arm like a spring or a rubber band, little bend and the connection on the backend, I'd look to 7 and bow's inside arms for inspiration. Good luck at IRA's!
