Where was the location in the end of the video for the lake you were on and the beach location? We come up north every year and my sister has two little kids and they would love that location. Please share if you were willing to.

Do you have to stain the wood? I'm lazy...lol...love your videos. You make everything seem simple and I love that!!!
@sheenashomestead18 күн бұрын
@@sandrarutz6993 thank you so much! That means a lot to me! So if you don’t want to stain you don’t have to but your box might not last as long as one that is stained. If you use cedar (which is a lot more expensive) you don’t have to stain and it’ll last a long time. Good luck! Let me know if you try this project!

GREAT VIDEO. ❣THANK YOU. WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH MOLES. I WILL TRY THIS METHOD. SO... YOU SUGGEST 5 PORTIONS OF 0.75 CUP CASTER OIL IN 1 GALLON WATER? HOW MUCH TO POUR IN EACH MOLE TUNNEL?
@sheenashomestead29 күн бұрын
Hi! Yes I would but .75 cup castor oil per gallon. I am using a 5 gallon bucket so I put in (5) .75 cups. I poured a good portion of the mixture in the actual holes where the moles come up. Then I lightly sprayed the perimeter. I’m going to repeat this process because we just had a large rain storm. I hope it helps you! My moles are long gone!

You are so lovely and this was great thank you! Where do you shop for decently priced organic food? I can hardly ever find organic grapes.
@sheenashomesteadАй бұрын
Where we live I shop mostly between 4 stores, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Costco and Aldi. I find the best prices at Aldi but it’s hit or miss so I usually start my shopping trips there and then pick up the missing items at one of the other stores. Grapes are hard to find organically. I did just find some yesterday at Aldi! I was so surprised! Thank you so much for your kind words and for watching my channel! God bless you and your family!

So can you use this instead of canning or cook it and then use this ?
@sheenashomestead2 ай бұрын
This method does not replace canning. This method helps to preserve your freeze dried or dehydrated foods longer. It helps to suck the air out of the jar. Hope this helps!
