@@brianmdv1 you’re not wrong! Although I’m a 12 handicap and got down to 10.4 index last year. These videos are tough bc I’m operating a drone, talking, thinking of the shot, and trying to actually golf. Plus I don’t warm up first. But yea a lesson is probably the move

I wish someone would incorporate The Old Fort and build off that. I thought they were going to incorporate the railroad into the plan? But i guess they want they same brown and beige buildings any the other city has.

The original SweetWater location on Bass Rd was just a warehouse an we had to make boxes out of boxes to ship things, and always a bag of candy an a card in the boxes!~ Worked there for a week for a temp job place. Back when I worked for FedEx Ground, I asked the driver who used a box truck to take the stuff back an come back again for a 2nd load for SweetWater, why not use a Semi trailer instead so less trips, 2 weeks later they started using a semi trailer!~

The stoplight on Stellhorn should be removed, it is UNFAIR to anyone driving to need to stop for ppl wanting out of that addition, Goeglein road deals with the traffic, so should this addition!~ The worse one is the 3 way stop on old Maysville rd, all because some dumbass kid didn't pay attention to traffic an was killed those were put up, an it was the kids fault!~

Hibachi Express by Kroger's is damn good, it beats Hopsings by leaps n bounds and I am nit picky when it comes to my food, Won the owner is a nice guy behind the counter!~ If you DO NOT mind the countless TRAIN horns all night long!~ Sadly New Haven is also stuck giving tax $$ to Fort Wayne and we do not get anything for it unless it is needed!~ I grew up close to New Haven in the 80's an live in it currently, and I miss the Barbershop that was right by the Post Office, he retired a few yrs ago because of great clips!~ I Absofreakingly HATE the new look of the way out of New Haven, those morons took a once great roadway and made it look horrible by the river an it was WAY WAY WAY overdue like 10+ yrs overdue!~

There really is and all 3 are good. Pikes Pub is def a hole in the wall and everyone was smoking inside, but the smoked wings had a distinct flavor I love. Peanuts was the most recommended in the comments though.

I think it can be if done properly. The competition is much stronger and the 1-2 bedroom options are way over saturated. Just go in knowing it’s very hands on and challenging at times. When I started I was literally the only one with professional photos and all new furniture, now there’s dozens. I would make sure you have a plan B in case it doesn’t go how you want (run numbers for long term rentals, or buy at a discount so you can sell without a loss). The best bet is to buy a big house (5+ bedrooms) that can sleep large groups (weddings, funerals, etc). They save on hotels and there’s very few options for them. Fort Wayne in general is car dependent. Downtown is starting to develop to a point where that will change. But for now a car is almost a must.

Agreed, although downsizers/retirees are moving dt too! One of my clients who’s a widow just sold her home of 30 years and moved downtown. Lots of cool things happening!
