Need a front rib replacement for a 12x20 carport shed . Do you sell replacement parts and how to find them?

don't never buy this product ...they used temporary ink marker for pieces numbers...if stay under raining before installation will disappear immediately then you spend couple days for figure out to how to install for half day job... instructions manual is garbage because they don't use proper ink to show how to instill very low visibility ...very importantly you need at least 4 persons to install this shity product ...

Is there an instructional build video for this shed?

They look great and are helpful; unfortunately in El Paso, Tx, where I live, they require you to obtain (pay) a permit to have one.
