I've never had this problem. I find the AI will not only put up a good fight and can pass, if you're dicing with them, they'll come back at you. The AI will even do switch backs and under cuts. I've never seen AI crash full throttle into the back of other cars. One criticism i do however is on some occasions, (and thankfully they're rare), if a group of lead cars are all fighting, and come upon a backmarker that's keeping pace with them ( for example having recently exited the pits) then AI will often struggle to pass the backmarker. Unfortunately the AI backmarker will not yield. If you, or only one of the lead AI pass the backmarker while the others get held up for several corners, it can ruin an otherwise great race. A mod which makes backmarkers more realistic in obeying blue flags would be an improvement.

Hey Austin, If you are so good and proper what are you doing on fat life? All though I don’t support these lifestyles, it’s obviously personal time. Notice the track is empty. Does questionable photos taken at a movie theatre make a the theatre a bad place? Most of get you don’t like the track and for some reason you have made it your goal to destroy it. Think of all the racers that have a place to go. Maybe do all the racers that like racing at local track that is well kept and go on about your life and not try and destroy something for everyone else. It’s obvious you have your own personal thoughts based on your own experience. Move on dude. Go run with your circles and enjoy your racing and let us enjoy ours!

Well yeah usually if a movie theatre employee or otherwise gets caught taking inappropriate pictures and uploading them online with the business clearly identifiable in the shot, if the business doesn't immediately get rid of them and instead launches civil suits against the person who found it, it reflects extremely poorly on the business. Burner accounts are a thing on every website imaginable. Some use it for online shopping so their primary email doesn't clog up with junk mail. Some of us millennials understand not everyone is who they say they are, and like to do a simple background check on our Tinder dates to make sure they're not telling us they're quiet university students when in reality they're getting peed on by randos. Modern problems require modern solutions. Racing in Alberta is small; everyone knows everyone. I'd rather speak up and make it clear that I as a driver around here am embarrassed by this and it doesn't represent us, as opposed to say nothing and risk the ramifications that would come from helping to hide it.

@@AustinOgonoski I guess you are missing the point. You are acting like the staff are like this around the families and children. As you pointed out in your little video. This was done in private, so what. Honestly, it was posted on an adult site for an adult entertainment and not on major public platforms. I guess taking a photo of an adult drinking track side would be also exposing children to potential harm. The point is. Probably the majority of the audience wouldn’t even know the location. You’ve been bitter against the track for several years. I know the person in the photo very well and I can tell you regardless of what he does privately in his own time does not reflect his professionalism at the track in public or with others. So really I could say you are questionable for even being in a place that would expose you to this. This isn’t about an indecent act in someone’s private time but more so a carried bitterness from your past at the track. If not, I guess you better start researching all the garbage that happens at the other local tracks and exposing them as well. In fact they openly promote sexual behaviour as I have been to these tracks with friends and family. Young children exposed to men throwing beads at women to flash themselves. These are the tracks you also attend. So why just EIR? Also, do you know if the the promoters have spoken with said individual? No you don’t. I’m surprised you are only embarrassed by that and not so many other issues that are at the other local tracks. Like I said before, move on, don’t hinder a facility that puts a lot effort into improvement and giving us paved oval guys a place to play. You weren’t very truthful in your “feeling to leave” you were quite open about your disagreement with politics back then. So do the racing community a favour and go enjoy your racing and let us enjoy ours!!

Doesn't make sense to move up. We had a really bad IMCA mod wreck here that took out 5 cars, they were racing for I think $300 to win. The hilarious part? So many outlets are still pushing her forward. Also, this sort of ties heavily into why SHR is going tits up at the end of this season, it was a party until 2021 rolled around and were outspent and outclassed by practically all of the competition...and they couldn't maintain the illusion any longer.

I've created my own version of the Praga R1 ( i disliked the mods, unrealistic or completely fantasy ) and I spent a ton of time testing in Road America mod track and fiddled with their AI file, now that AI drives the car much faster than me. I must say that after I setup the car, I went back to the car files and made the default car setup settings the same as my personal setup. I tried to find ways to force the AI to use my setups and this was the only way for me. The only way you can battle the AI on a more "even" playing field is if you use the same setup as them, since the AI will always use the default setups (except for tire compound and pressure). Their racecraft is lacking for sure. But I'll have to make a video of my R1, there were moments where I've seen 3 AI cars side by side going into a corner. I love the SOP effect in AC. I wish I had that kind of FFB feel in more sims, for some reason the AC ffb feel I get is the closest thing to what feels real to me from my IRL experiences.

Hey, somewhat unrelated but you might know. Have you ever gotten AIM Race Studio to work with rFactor 2? When I have the AIM Simulator Manager open and pick it from the dropdown the application just immediately shuts down. It never copies the rF2AiMPlugin.dll in and no logs ever appear in the UserData folder after running the game.

My dad was with one of his friends at the indy 500 a long time ago, with bell helmet in the fitting room. Drivers would come in and get their helmets fitted and any adjustments made that they would want, well all of them except danica. She wouldn't go to the fitting room. She sent an assistant to make like 6 trips to and from the fitting room for the adjustments she wanted.
