I purchased and downloaded these plans and the instructions did not download. When I try to download again I receive an error that download has been exceeded. I have reached out through the contact. How long to get a response on getting the full download?

Immediately following this video Johnny was killed by his wife with a small mink paintbrush 🖌 😂 I really like your choice of materials. I use the same fence pickets as mounting boards for mailbox post builds. You've given me some good ideas. And my wife and I LOVE hatch chilies! Let us know how they come out!

Jhonny, Have you done something to slow down the speed of the angle grinder ? I tried this , but the bottle just heats up and cracks.

Nice work and I do like the finished product. I could really do without the scrolling text though. I’d rather see what you’re doing and hear what you have to say about each step.

Nice design - appreciate your vid. I like to use tape along the inside of each side piece right along the shoulder line, if you will, of the box (or dovetail) joint. That way any glue ooze is more easily removed after box is glued together. I look forward to building a couple of these.

That was very interesting. Where did you get that router table top jig you use? I need to pick one of those up! Not the jig for the finger joints, but the one for rounding the corners.

Ok...I've had to stop the video. I just can't watch it any further 1/4th into it. Have you ever watched a movie that had subtitles? Annoying, right? Now, imagine that and then every single time subtitles appeared, the movie stopped playing. That's REALLY frustrating. My advice to you Sir is to STOP with the subtitles altogether. Just do your build and discuss verbally as you're working. I'm sorry Sir,...your boxes on the picture looked cool, but honestly, your video sucked. Thumbs down.

They look great Just one point.I have been woodworking for over 50 yrs. Never put glue on both pieces and same with fingers and never had a failure. The two sided glue idea is from the manufacturers to get you yo use more glue

@@allenhuckabee3764 Hi,Yes it is true( for all my project for sure) but there is also quite a few of the big makers out there that have done tests and had the same result. Same with clamping.See too many wood shows where they use a dozen clamps and tighten them so much they push all the glue out. On small boxes you can use just tape. Lee Valley sell a tape, that looks like masking tape but has a little stretch to it and works great.I have even told some makers and had thanks from them

great job Johnny, I also cut bottles to make glasses and built a wooden jig that's less complex than your device. The main issue isn't cutting the bottles, but how you do it and in particular what angle grinder you use. I noticed that the discs you are using are green and probably the same band I am using. I bought them from a Chinese supplier I found on pinterest, but apparently, there are many that sell the same discs at different prices. The discs I am using are 100mm in diameter wide and have an inner hole of 20mm. Now, all angle grinders I found on the market are intended to be used with standard discs of different diameters, but all with an inner hole of 22mm. It's been mission-impossible to find a device with such a size. I noticed that you are using a Makita. Can you tell me what model is it? thanks

Nice it looks like you can adjust enough to cut hte top out instead of the bottom? Maybe it can also be a tumbler to clean the INSIDE of bottles.
