Hi Alice! These are great! Just FYI that your free guide system doesn't seem to be working. I've put in 2 of my email addresses and haven't gotten the pdf sent to either one. Thank you! Jennifer

Hi Alice, I only found you a week or so ago and then a few days ago realised you had different sequences and not just the one. This is my second one. Thank you so much for the yoga calm, with clear, gentle instructions. Amazing that in a world with so much grasping, you provide this for free. My body and mind say thank you!!

Was recommended by a friend. Where is the basic apnea advice? You just say stretch rib cage . I have done pranayama in yoga 40 years seems very similar, but want to get sequence right. Thanks Toria

I have been doing this for three weeks and haven't noticed a difference I do hyperpressive for 30min in the morning everyday. Am I doing something wrong ?

JUST KEEP AT IT!!! It's been a game-changer for me!! It was months before I finally started to see improvement and even more before i felt asymptomatic. I'm just glad I was persistent (maybe desperate is a better word!) I've been doing them for at least 10 minutes every day for almost 2 years now. And I've been doing Alice's videos exclusively since she began on KZfaq. She's an amazing teacher!!!

Yes!!! So excited when you have new videos? Would it be ok to put yoga block under my knees to get more of an inversion for prolapse?
