Thanks. I'll give the recipe a try soon. Incidentally, breakfast is pronounced brek-fuhst, not break-fuhst. Even though it means "breaking the fast" it's not pronounced that way.

I wrote a children's book in 2017 that includes this Bajan dish - "A Piece of Black Cake for Santa." The Bajan child left jug jug for Santa (in stead of cookies). This is a great recipe to share with my readers.
