Hi @pritidas1965, This product works to reduce melasma. I can’t say if the marks will reappear if discontinue use. As I continue to use this product even after all my marks have been diminished from my skin as I believe if a product is working why should I discontinue using it. Eucerin products are safe for use on all types of skin for as long as possible.

Hello dear, most certainly it can be used by diabetics as long as the skin has no inflammation or open wounds. Eucerin is safe for use on all skin types. It will definitely work but will take a slightly longer time to see the results as stubborn marks are due to long term damage.

@@wajeehamalik4611 Yes, my skin is clear from pigment and I have even tone skin. I am now using this product for almost a year now. I use Eucerin anti-pigment day cream, serum and night cream. I also always put a sunscreen on my face during the day.
