You can also add a queue type system where you can save key stroke commands and let them out slowly so that you can input faster than the keyboard can handle

If your talking about adding that to the keyboard then: Like I said in the video I thought about that and found out that it would just be slower for the user Because think about it for more than 2 seconds if you used it: You'd have to input a word, hope you didn't typo, hit send, it displays, there's a typo, you have to backspace it, then retype the letter, hit send again, just to fix a typo when really you could've been typing in real time instead of in a queue. But if your talking about adding it to the side as separate input system then I deff should've done that for showing off the speed xD

2 Reasons: 1. Didn't want it to be too too big 2. I'm lazy and knew I was gonna make a V4 later that'll be the world's best redstone keyboard (Later as in proby a few months I'll make it around july)

It should be possible to reduce a lot the size and number of blocks since every position in the display uses the same characters, so you don't have to repeat the pixel storage at every position. You could have one common pixel storage, and the keyboard selects which character it outputs through a common set of wires going to all positions in the display. Then use the counter to determine which display position rewrites its character from the common wires. (As far as I understand, your display can already remember its character until a delete/reset signal arrives, and this should happen only in the current editing position)

Ok that's actually so smart now that I think about it, I'll keep that in mind for keyboard V4, and that'll also allow me to put in even more characters because I won't need to make it longer, I could just start stacking different character lines next to each other (Like Upper case, lower case, special characters ect.)
