On the Richardson 112 hat you don't need to use stabilizer, the front panel is so thick and stable to add stabilizer is to cause needle brakes, you can also get the hat wet with hot water, total game changer.

Is the finished shirt you showed us at the end with your recommended settings pretreated? Or was that your recommended settings on a non pretreated white shirt at the end?

That is possible on the Roland TrueVis Solvent printers but if you are going to dye sublimate on twill, you need a stand alone cutter.

Will machine stop so I can place fabric and then trim appliqué fabric? Where do you put appliqué in the color sequence settings? I appliqué on my Bernina 790, and it stopped automatically. I see the term appliqué in OS 11 settings. Do we have to enter it?

I can't even get the 800ML for the Epson 2270. Since Epson hasn't "made enough" because my $16k machine is "fairly new" I can't afford to have this problem. My prints currently aren't working out because my ML is low. I am a small business and I can't afford that. I am asking friends who have converted printers to make my prints because Epson has maintenance items out of stock.

Yes the BN2 is a great platform! The stand is just a trade show presentation stand, not exactly sure who that was purchased from.

My actifeed only goes up to 40. I’m trying to stitch on a new era cap which is really thick and my top thread is stitching so loose. I have my actifeed set to 26. What am I doing wrong? My needle is sharp 90/14. Other caps stitched out great but this brand of cap is giving me trouble because it’s so thick

Only 1 White Ink Channel? This is a major issue and I know this. Been in this business since the first DTG printer was introduced and have owned almost every machine on the market. If it only has 1 white ink channel then its a waste of money. And whats the cost for a Replacement Print Head and Capping Station?

Keep in mind this is a lower volume DTG printer meaning it's not geared for fast high volume printing. This is a 10-20 shirts per day type of unit.

I am unsure of the replacement parts as the printer has yet to be released. Once we start seeing some inventory, I think we will get a better understanding of replacement part cost.

I bought the Epson F2270 from Swing design. Parts and maintenance items are usually on backorder. I really am regretting buying this high cost printer $16k. Now I'm getting Error 01138 "fatal error" I don't know what that means and there in no info on it. Can anyone help?

Hello, that is correct. 1 dedicated channel that prints two nozzle patterns.

I was wondering about scanning the garment. Just this morning I asked my husband if I could do a scan of a garment and save as png and bring inside my DS. He said it is possible. So, I will be trying it soon. I called Melco to see how much would be to upgrade ds10+pro to this new ds12. But so far we are playing mouse and cat on the phone.
