The night before I had to leave for a summer program, a heavy can of peaches fell onto my toe. One of the other students noticed it because I was slightly limping from the pain and asked me about it. I told him the story and he lost his mind laughing. Only called me Peaches for the rest of the summer I was thankfully able to get back at him though. He had long, gorgeous hair and once wore it in pigtail braids when we all went to an arcade, so I started calling him Pigtails in retaliation. Miss that guy; he was an absolute riot, I swear

A nickname I pinched from Greg's repertoire was 'Eighteen Months.' A lad in my local pub was missing half of an ear, so I gave the that nickname. 'Why eighteen months?' - Ear & a half. Which was the origin of the nickname. I did ask my friend how he lost half his ear. Apparently he was mental and cut it off one night when he was pissed. And then ate it. He recently fucked up a perfectly good nickname by getting pissed (again) and cut the rest of the ear off, because 'half an ear looked weird.' I guess he's twelve months now.

I've known John for a lot of years now and me and my friend Davy Walls were I think his 11th and 12th members of his gym at Greatham when we were around 18 or 19 years.....38 years ago. I never wanted to be a fighter, just to get fit and confident. Alternating between John, my rugby training and going to train with Marty Din I can honestly say those 10 to 12 years were the fittest I have ever been. John and Marty are excellent trainers who have so much respect from myself and others. I salute them.

5 hours on hold yesterday, had 3 years of this BS from this diabolical excuse of a company! 2 hours on hold twice yesterday to be hung up on by over worked employees trying their best to actually help people e ery day.

I just spent two hours on hold calling Scottish Power, after the meter reading of 00126 could not be processed. At the two hour point, the call was terminated. Then I tried to call them again, with a different option. The call was terminated immediately. I tried the app’s chat function. I had no option to discuss the charges on my bill. It’s the most frustrating utility company I have ever dealt with. Their complaints procedure is also hideously complicated. They are just sadistically pushing you into submission and pay whatever they want you to pay.

The only way of getting SP to assist is to get through to complaints then have your complaint escalated. Nothing will happen unless the complaint is escalated. They have 8 weeks to respond from the start of complaint - before proceeding to ombudsmen. Save the hassle and avoid SP.
