It does not produce great profit. Why? The salary is not that promising for financial security. The reason why many teachers are going abroad looking for greener pasture.

@@zhio_16 the Department recognizes the PPST as a major reference in designing interventions geared towards the professional development of teachers, including teacher aides and teacher volunteers. They shall also be capacitated in establishing learning environments that are responsive to learner diversity. in terms of how effective teaching can be measured, there are a lot of ways actually. One is, this can be measured through the learning progress of the learners. If you give exams and all or the majority of your learners failed then it is a manifestation that how you teach them is not effective. This is a call for you to reflect and change your style of teaching. This is the other side of teaching, you can also reflect on the side of your learners to see some factors of teaching ineffectiveness.

Multigrade classes are only for remote areas. It is good in terms of developing the social skills of the learners. The resiliency of the learners will also develop. On the part of the teachers, this is quite tedious because of a lot of preparations, different levels of learners and etc. But what is good for the teachers is that they are given hardship allowance.

There are different policies that pertains to the multigrade teachers , and teaching And learning process as well as the curriculum.

There is no book yet about multigrade classes
