Hi Karen! All the pages are so wonderful! I'm so happy I saw this flip through (a little late I know 😅!) I was looking at Kerby's books on Amazon Canada and I saw that this one and the Geomorphia are under $20. I remembered not buying them because I had seen some bad reviews (I don't remember what it was about. Maybe the paper quality?) So I thought I would check some colored pages to have an idea and after seeing what you did with it I'm completely convinced I need to buy it 😂 The Bat is my absolute favorite but they are all wonderful! 😍 Thanks for sharing!

If you have any other shorties, super glue the ends together. I do that with my white pencils and it sure helps giving a little extra length of pencil and a little easier to sharpen.

When you were filling in the lantern with the black pen I was holding my breath, lol I always get nervous your hand will slip, but you're so steady even when your hands hurt. So excited for this page , after watching your magical dawn flip threw with some completed pages , I had to order magical dawn and really enjoyed the coloured theme , I begun the book in January and have always loved this page , so happy you are doing another one in magical dawn .

I like the idea of using the same color theme throughout the whole book. The choice of colors seem to to be a nice combination. I wouldn’t have thought to use them. But they complement each other very well.

Karen I cannot figure out how you managed such precision with distress ink on the mushrooms. Did you use a blender brush? So subtle yet plenty to delight the eye! Many thanks for your videos. Just love your work/play :)

The peacock is stunning Karen, I your choice of colours too. Your blending of the colours on the bird's neck is brilliant and shines like jewels. White pen infuriate me, I can't get them to work no matter what I try, and I've bought both cheap and expenive and everything in between, just hopeless. Anyhoo, I love this, thamk you so much 💖
