My cheer team can do a triple and we r idly middle school age

That was really clean but that lack of difficulty took away from the execution. That was a strong froup and I know they could do more.

@faith65XO Its cause you do competitive. I do competitive and a high school team and competitive teams learn things wayyy faster than high school squads.

@cookierocks1000 Not the same school, we are (were) in Hays, KS. But if you are interested in trying out for HS Cheer where you live, by all means, visit their website to see if they post anything there, or email the coach directly. As a coach, I am always glad to answer questions about tryouts and I'm sure they would be, too! Good luck!

Is this hays high school in kyle? If it is I go to barton middle school and wanna try out for cheer but what do they expect you to have for tryouts??? If you dont go to the HHS then this is akward! lol

I'm in seventh grade we do this to extensions and we twist down. it's super cute but u should twist cradle like we do.

@hehemeac they are gold, you tool, as in gold and maroon. There are gold stripes on the uniform that you can't see in that light. And why are you focusing on her spankies, perv?

it was good....but it is kind of weird how her spanks were yellow and not matching the uniform...it makes me think its her underwear...

@bmroxursox4ever You are so right we should, but we don't have any. We sometimes practice on the wrestling mats in the wrestling room, but during basketball and wrestling season we have to go to the rec to practice! Sorry about your ankle!! I hope it is getting better!! Plus we are in Kansas and cheer isn't big here. Good luck with cheer!

you guys are good... but you should get mats i fell without a mat and snapped my ankle right in half i cant do cheer till next year... i was gonna be on the senior 4 it was a week before my practice and i just had to stunt without a mat....i havent done cheer since may and i defanitly miss the compititions for all stars level cheer

Okay, well first of all, for a highschool squad, I guess you all are okay, but no offense, but against all stars you need LOTS of work... I think it is fine not to go to an extension on whatever rules you all have, but honestly, there are no excuses for having bad flexibiltiy for your flyers!!!! I am not even a flyer, and I can do much more than that....

Never thought about doing that...that would make it so much better! Thanks for the suggestion.

If you look at the comment below...the Kansas wind prevented us from doing extensions...and yes, we do have full downs as well! If you've never lived in Kansas...you don't understand the wind factor!!

Lighten up Miss Chrissy Prissy! She is our main back and only flew because we made her for senior night. She is like...7 feet tall! And AMAZING! I bet you wish you squad was as versitile!

We do have it in extension, but on this particular day the wind was blowing 20-30 with gusts over 40...so no extended stunts.
