Hello, dear friend! The baked sponge cake rises to a height of 8 cm. There's a chance it might overflow. So, here’s a tip for you))) Line the baking tin with parchment paper around the inside 2 cm higher than the tin itself. One day I’ll show this in my videos))) Use room temperature eggs because they whip faster this way. I’ve tried using both cold and warm eggs. I personally prefer them straight from the fridge. I didn’t notice any difference. So, don't worry about it))) Enjoy cooking, and I'll help you with that)))☺

Thanks for this great video. Your visual presentation is so easy to watch and follow, and no loud music. I am going to use your recipe and make one for my grown up daughters birthday, I will use coconut instead of nuts and spread some lemon curd under or with the whipped cream. Great idea! Thank you so much for your comment! If you like, you can also make a cake out of this meringue. Shape the meringue into a circle and bake it. You'll get 3 circles with a diameter of 18 cm from the meringue. Good luck!
