Watched this video when it was first posted and thought how cool it would be to own a lot at Mt Eagle. Fast forward to today and I now own a lot and building a Shouse a few miles up the road…

How much fuel were you able to take on with two occupants? Were you able to do full tanks? If not how much? Curious of the endurance of the 750 with two occupants in it.

It's the "un-panel" system, running Avilution software. By ditching complexity and removing unnecessary distractions, the Un-panel lets you focus on actually flying the plane. No more fiddling with complex menus or confusing layouts. The Un-panel helps you keep your head out of the cockpit, which means more time spent enjoying the view outside. The un-panel uses a 17-inch display on a repositionable mount. FMI: www.avilution.com/unpanel

Those are temperatures like in southern Italy. At the moment we have around 102 °F (39°C) during the day and over 86°F (30°C) at night. But it's interesting how the 600 series has developed over time. At the moment I see flying with electrical energy as an interesting approach, but for me the ranges are still a bit too short, because in Italy we have to land outside of airfields with 30 minutes of flight time left. But I'm sure that a lot will happen in terms of battery charging capacities in the next few years. The new "match drilled holes" 701 kti makes Catrin and me really jealous, because we are still building an "old" 701 SP kit. If the SD and the 801 are already next to each other at Oshkosh, how about a modernized 801 "match drilled holes" kit? I'm pleased that you were able to significantly reduce delivery times with the new CNC machines. I wish you a safe journey to and from Oshkosh and a great and successful time there.

Dear pilot, please try to show proper aviation edeckesy, by doing your walk around checking your gages, warming up the engine, doing your run-up before taking off. It just proper procedures and teaching new pilots safety procedures. Great plane, thanks for posting

I’m considering the STOL CH 750 Super Duty. I’m thinking I could use it for work in the bush and still accomplish training. How well do you think it would do for that?

It's a shame QSP doesn't do more to support Zenith Aircraft on the west coast. Since Doug left the only posts on KZfaq or Facebook are about Ivan's own plane. Having lived in Cloverdale and built my 602XL here I was hoping Ivan would promote the business and generate more interest for California Builders. This would benefit Zenith and the local community. That hasn't happened at all. With the international attention Zenith has gotten over the last few years I believe that this business could be a major hub for new builders - if it was run like a real business instead of a part time hobby for the owner. I know that sounds harsh but it's the truth. I think he should sell the business to someone that is actually interested in growing Zenith's brand in California. California, with it's millions of acres of backcountry areas to explore, should be a natural hub for Zenith's stohl aircraft. Instead, years go by without any recognition of a new aircraft being completed. I think Zenith's mistake was not setting some performance metrics on the new ownership in order to keep the franchise. Fail to meet minimum aircraft sales, you lose the franchise. Hopefully, some day this will get rectified. (FYI - the aircraft pictured is Ivan's own plane).
