why are so many nice homes being built in Leander? I visited there and felt like it was sort of in the middle of nowhere

Leander was in the middle of nowhere years ago. Key word WAS.. Now, Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon have offices 18-24 miles south of this home. Two children’s hospitals just finished 13-15 miles south of this home. There are billion dollar developments under construction or planned minutes from this home. I talk about it around 7:00

@@RajSahoo yeah maybe it's all changed. I visited about 2 years ago to the Travisso community - beautiful neighborhood. But my goodness, when I was leaving, I saw people living in trailers right outside near the community. Shocked at how rural some parts of the area seemed to be

@@aces8481 Yes, there are some old parts of Leander. We are starting to see some fix and flips in areas especially around the much anticipated Leander Northline project. Thanks for the feedback!

The thing I noticed is all these high-end builders go all out on model homes with decor and tile and not very many of them put shower niches in any of the other showers besides the primary Its a knit pick of mine ,what gives ? Niches make a world of difference in a shower especially kids showers so you don’t have to buy those cheap racks where you hang off the shower head . Just saying it’s a selling point for me personally 😅.

@@TeXasDadBod I’m with you on this! I actually have two clients building who put shower niches in all bathrooms. Some might say having soap/shampoo off the corner makes them feel better about their kid not getting bopped in the head if they sit above them. But as kids grow older, it’s definitely nice to have the niche.

They was selling this for almost 900k two years ago now it’s 700k. It goes to show how much the market changed. People who bought early 2022 lost all their equity if they didn’t put at least 15 percent down.

When it’s a model home just for show, they use the garage area as the builder agent’s office. When they are finished with the community, they sell the model home and turn that area into a garage with a driveway.

The floors are gorgeous! That was the first thing that caught my eye when you walked through the front door. Love the choices in tile as well. This home has so much going for it. The views in the Travisso community are magnificent. Beautiful home.

I like the bar outside the bedroom I’d have espresso machine and camera ready to go in the mornings and evenings haha . I absolutely cringed at the black shower tile it looked like a 80s music video shower .
