Pacquiao just seems like a good dude from everything I've seen of him. You used to see a lot of fighters who were great fighters with really toxic personalities, and I supposed that is still the case sometimes now, but Pacquiao doesn't seem like one of them, he just gives this vibe of being humble and straight forward
