I bought this and tried it many times but not very many come out…not like the video. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for this video. I am scouring KZfaq to try and figure out how to get my stick back on my (original version) mat that fits inside my MISTI. I have always been careful to store it with the protectors on both sides but have found, after maybe a dozen uses, it's lost a significant amount of stick. I've washed it under cold water (no soap), let it air dry, but it still doesn't have much stick. Would you have any suggestions? I wish Waffle Flower had a video specifically on cleaning. Thanks so much, I appreciate videos.

I absolutely love these! Quick question for you - would you be able to make a guide that's white instead of transparent? That will allow me to use it in the misti or on my Tim Holtz glass mat and not have the grid lines on the base clashing with the grid lines on the guide or seeing two sets of grid lines. :) Thank you for all the awesome products you come up with!
