So super exciting and as I was listening to you talking about what you might share with us I was thinking, well you shared covid, seems like only yesterday you were holed up in your room feeling absolutely awful with your mum leaving food at the door and now you are married and going to be a mummy and a fab one at that! Just don't feel like you have to share the birth Grace ;-)

The only thing for Insomnia that ever worked for me was a tincture that my midwife made. I would definitely look into tinctures.

Honestly hearing about yours makes me feel better in mine , my pregnancy pillow has been my bestfriend I have insomnia ( 3rd baby) and it started a few weeks ago I’m now 35 weeks got told it’ll stay around till the end never had it with my others 😭, put sickness and gestational diabetes on top makes for a fun time I’ve Hurd peppermint tea is mean to be good and my midwife told me to take magnesium before bed !

I loved my pregnancy pillow and I regret getting rid of it but I loved using it upside down with my regular pillow for my head!
