Paardevlei Lifestyle Estate really has the best apartments in my opinion. They really ticked all the boxes.

Did this partnership stop working because Ballito hills have stopped using Solar. We were sold the supplemented energy dream and now many phases don't have Solar. Bills are R300-400 more a month. Empty promises.

The Solar panels are just for show... they been hooked up to nothing since the 1st phase of the development. Regret buying into this Balwin scam.

We've had cracks in our apartment from day one. We're nearly 2 years on and our walls are still cracking. General build quality is terrifyingly bad

Sounds good, don't think it will work. Looks way too small and before you know it, it will be overflowing with people all day every day. Y'all know how much South Africans love things!! Baldwin Properties also has a penchant for making these LARGE over the top complexes with teeny tiny apartments. Pool and lagoon looks amazing, but i can assure and guarantee this: it is too small and residents won't enjoy it as much as they've been promised. I'm not holding my breath, also because Crystal Lagoon has been barraged with issues, and they're AMERICAN. If they have issues, i'm pretty sure this project will too. BUT - looks amazing!!
