Need to see: Brian Shaw, Mark Felix, Thor, Levan Saginashvilli, with special attention focused on thumb size. I believe that hand volume displacement (shoved in a bucket), Jeff Dabe wins. His hands are as big as Andre the Giants. But John Jrzenk has thumbs nearly the same size.

Evan is very intelligent and wise for his age. Always my favorite. Met him once at Bodypower UK and he was very kind.

These don't seem to get as much love as the standard sandbags but you can wear out every muscle in your body taking one of these out to a park and throwing it around if you get creative. And that's even before you get to more conventional movements like carries, throws, and swings. Great product!
