I wrote a report on what it would have taken to rehab this in 2011. The cost was a little under $700k to complete and make a viable campus for any use. Unfortunately greed ruled the day and it fell to this. Amazing what happens in such a short time.

This makes me so sad. I love this place and spend alot of time here as a kid. So many good memories and I had so much hope it would get restored. So much fire damage and neglect. I don't see anyone sinking money to fix it now. 😢
