My mate can do 40s but he has muscle memory and he has s solid 10kg on me as I’m 65kg. As you lift your body weight it gets harder to progress but appreciate it 👍🏻

I agree with you about preventative injury as I see a chiropractor every month as I believe this keeps the blood flowing through the muscle tissue and yes the older we get lol!!

Hello buddy. I don’t really count calories. You can work it out from 4 cals gram of protein and carbs and 9 cals per gram of fat.

If you're in London, would this be the best gym for a bodybuilder? Im based in Boston. I see a few hardcore gyms in UK (Manchester, Liverpool). Other than this gym, i can't find anything online for hardcore gyms in London (or greater London).

Totally wrong. The chest is made up of the Clavicular head (upper) and the Sternal head. So incline press will put more load on to the Clavicular head and build that part of the upper chest.
