It’s literally a motor with rollers and a lock out lever for when in closed position so that way it stays pushed up and doesn’t need another motor to come unlocked therefore making it more reliable so you don’t have two motors in one door failing. Simple mechanics if broken down one by one mechanism at a time… it gets confusing when you try to see how it all works at the same time.

Per Midlands website: 4. Any radio above 2W of power is now classified as GMRS radio: and still requires a license from the FCC to operate. Not much change here, except sharing additional stations with FRS radio users. 5. GMRS licensing is now good for 10 years and cost $70: This covers you and your immediate family and was previously only valid for 5 years. Have fun when you get nailed for using these without a license. In addition if they were frs only radios, modifying them and transmitting frs frequencies over 500mw is against FCC regulations: § 95.313 Penalties for violations of the Communications Act or FCC rules. Operators of Personal Radio Service stations may be assessed penalties for violations of the Communications Act and the FCC Rules. (a) If a Federal court finds that a Personal Radio Service station operator has willfully and knowingly violated any provision of the Communications Act, that operator may be fined up to $10,000 or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding one year, or both. Upon a subsequent violation, the imprisonment may be for a period not exceeding two years. See § 501 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. 501). (b) If a Federal court finds that a Personal Radio Service station operator has willfully and knowingly violated any FCC rule, the operator may be fined up to $500 for each violation, or in the case of a continuing violation, $500 for each day that the violation continued. See section 502 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. 502). (c) If the FCC finds that a Personal Radio Service station operator has willfully or repeatedly violated one or more sections of the Communications Act or of the FCC Rules, that operator may be liable for forfeiture. See § 1.80 of this chapter for details about the forfeiture procedures and amounts. (d) If the FCC finds that a Personal Radio Service station operator is using a Personal Radio Service station in a way that violates one or more sections of the Communications Act or of the FCC Rules, the FCC may order the operator to cease and desist (i.e., immediately stop operating the station). See § 312(b) of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. 312(b)).

Does the 6 series(F6,12,13) has it? If you get the led headlight on the 6 series you automatically get the high beam assist. I guess it has the pedestrial too what do you think?
@N57power3 ай бұрын
I had 2 6 f06’s one of them had assist that would allow 1 light to split when on coming traffic came, and my new one only goes on and off, i think you can code it, but don’t know where to find it
@worldisawesome67893 ай бұрын
@N57power 3 years ago I did not really know much about this but, the Pedestrian assist is only if your car is fitted with night vision camera and you need led headlight to splits the cars. For xenon it only turns it on and off when it see the upcoming car. ( I had it on my 535d f10, e87 1 series and e93 3 series ) I never had the the led, in fact I had the Mini cooper for one day and it had the led headlight and it was cutting the cars with the light technology.
@worldisawesome67893 ай бұрын
@N57power the xenon can't be coded to splits the car only on and off available
