This is why all the white people needs to be held responsible
@dmravenАй бұрын
And exactly why is that? Do you truly view all "white people" as being responsible for racism even today? There has been slavery for thousands of years before writing itself began. Racism itself has also been around due to different cultures, looks, and beliefs, far before Europeans started with Africans. In North West African do you know how slaves were sold? Other African tribes fought against other tribes and took them as slaves themselves. They then sold or traded them with Europeans. Slavery in other race/ethnicity in multiple countries such as Greece, China, Egypt, and many others had their own. There are most definitely the other people (due to the slaves themselves, especially because of racism) who absolutely shared their owners their own racism with them, no doubt. Not to mention all the other races/ethnicities that currently have their own views even though they never took slavery directly in any past part of history. It depends also in the country. You can not, especially today, judge people based on race/ethnicities. Minorities now include mixed races, which have both black and white, which obviously show pure change and love. Remember and learn from the past and history, but don't hold onto the grudges with those who took part in it.

It was the africans captured other africans from neighboring tribes and SOLD THEM OUT to european ship owners as slaves that fueled the trans-atlantic slave trade & resulted in situations like this and the africans need to be held accountable for their participation in the slavery and should have to pay REPARATIONS as well .
@1mus3052 ай бұрын
lol😂 are you employing some sort of reverse psychology?
@dmravenАй бұрын
@@1mus305 that person is partly correct. The Africans in different tribes fought one another, and those tribes near the northern west area did actual sell/trade to the European countries. However the entire slavery issue around the world most learn about (atleast with Africans we think of today) happened back around the 1860s. That's literally over 160+ years ago. Slavery itself has been around before writing was ever created and even in history you can learn about it (after writen documents) from countries around the world. There has been both slavery due to both defeated people, but also due to the reason of different beliefs, traditions, and even looks themselves. So in general slavery has taken place due to specific people because of their own "looks" and even looked and treated traded by other people and treated just as bad in the past like how we think of slavery usually. What I don't agree with was any reparation for the tribes in Africa that traded or sold slaves to the Europeans. The Africans in some other tribes naturally did that in their past already with trading. It is no different than trading with Europeans, and they had some new supplies. I also believe it's literally been over 160+ years since slavery from Africans by whites have stopped and has vastly improved in many countries that once had African slavery. I don't believe reparation needs to be done. What's important it to be tought and remember the history and learn from the past and strive for equality. There is actually still real slavery going on today in the world. It's sad but true which is what I think is more important and what we should stop due to what we know it's like.

@@1mus305 I'm just giving out the facts which is something that the black community would like to keep hidden .
@user-ui2oq8qu7kАй бұрын
@@dmraven slavery was a world wide problem that every one participated in and technical speaking everyone owes everyone REPARATIONS which means it all equals out and nobody really gains anything in the end and there is no reason for the black community to keep crying about unless they plan on paying back IN CASH all of the white , arabic , asian , and Native American people who they also took as slaves over the centuries the REPARATIONS that they are all owed by the black community .
