RIP RYAN!!!! Seth great job on the documentary. Hopefully Ryan can make the positive impact on the world that he dreamed of through this documentary. I was a patreon member and Ryan had made a post on patreon stating that in a matter of weeks Weiland was going to be born and that Karina had setup a online wishlist for things that they needed. I didn't hesitate in buying some of the things that Karina requested.. I didn't do it for a thank you or for anything other than to bless someone because I had the ability to.. Ryan seen that I had done this and texted me saying he appreciated it so much and he wanted my address. I gave it to him and in a few days I received a package from him. Autographed book, sinister monopoly print, snake ordinance blotter art and a t-shirt... I was in LA a few months later but I didn't reach out until I was leaving because I didn't want to intrude on their life.. I told Ryan that I had been in LA for 2 days and was leaving, he was so bummed that I didn't reach out to him, said it would never be a inconvenience to meet someone who had helped him live his dream and support his family.. I talked to him several times on the phone, sent him money on cashapp when he was not doing well and I noticed he always made the person he was talking to like they were someone special, that he was the fan rather than me being a fan of his content and writing.. it's so unfortunate that he went the way he did and those 2 boys deserve to have him in their lives!!! The way I see it it's the prison industrial complex that created the monster in Ryan. There was hope until he was a drug addict with mental health issues that was sentenced to prison for years. Rather than being punished for hurting no one but himself, he deserved along with the other addicts proper treatment. There was still hope after his federal sentence but after his state term too much damage was done.. I grew up in a very physically abusive and unstable home for my first 17 years. The system never mentioned anything to me about ptsd from being brought up in such a environment.. I didn't know what was wrong with me just knew that drugs and alcohol numbed it all.. it wasn't until January of 2020 at the age of 42 that I got sober.. after getting sober I started realize that I had ptsd just like a soldier in war or someone who had spent years in prison.. I refuse to go back to using anything to numb myself but it's not easy.. RIP 2 Paul Harper also...

I use to listen to Ryan's series/stories on KZfaq every night.. I was just thinking about re watching them all from the beginning lol soooo many funny moments. I literally was laughing so hard I would wake my gf up at night 😅😅 when he was going through withdrawal in jail and the nurse said don't worry I'll hook you up and you get that sense of relief that this hellish feeling will subside (if only temporarily) only to find out she was gonna "hook him up" with a 800mg ibuprofen and the utter feeling of torture just thinking of that moment can only make you laugh. If you know you know lol. R.I P. Ryan
@sethferrantistruecrime I tried to get it but it says "Resolution support... this web browser isn't supported for playing the video." Maybe because I'm on my cell phone. Maybe I can purchase it through my Roku cuz I wanna watch it on my TV anyway. Awww man is this the Documentary he never had a chance to finish and put on.. I remember him working on it all the time and talking about the you making it with him.

Surprised nobody is saying WP wasn't that dangerous or wasn't this or that . Something I've read in a lot of threads.. It's simple, he was what they say he was. Alpo the 🐀tried to do business in DC and was lucky he didn't get murdered before he got Wayne and his people in his crew. Once he connected with Perry his business skyrocketed. Seems Perry deterred other gangsters for pulling things off with Alpo. They surely tried but got offed quickly. BTW Perry is not about that life anymore he converted to Islam and doesn't want to be associated with that negative lifestyle anymore.. If he's honest about it is not up to me to say but I do believe he is honest about it.
Am looking for this book for a while but I think I'll go with the ebook. Thanks!

Gangster, without a doubt. Gun in the right hand, left stuck out expecting to be paid. A true double edge sword, and hard to pull off for most… ….being a drug dealer, career criminal, or killer even doesn’t make you a gangster. What others think of you does. His face was his money, that’s when you have become a gangster in that world.
Very informative but don't like the movie clips. Overall great documentary.

I just watched the doc and had my ass crying. When my sister OD and passed Ryan and I talked on the phone for almost 3 hours. I had to rush him off the phone. That was 4/5/22 less than 2 months before he passed. This sh!t super sad. Seth I wish I would have thought about it and I would have put you in touch with my buddy Jelly who wrote an amazing song called SAVE ME.. that song would have went perfect in the DOC...

It's always amusing that it's only the white gangs that are some type of supremacist gangs. Never the blacks, never the mexicans, only the whites. Do I sense amotivation or a narrative here?😂
