In some places they can take euro but I suggest you to change to seychelles rupee, there’re a lot of currency exchange places on the island.

thank you for your comment!🤍 I was last February (end and first week of march), the weather was perfect! Warm ocean and about 31 degrees every day, it was almost sunny every day.
