Well then you are lucky they sent you a cue that exactly weight as ordered. I got one that was completely out of balance very butt heavy and not the weight I ordered. I ordered 19 ounce got 19.2 ounce. But with a butt heavy as 15.6 ounce which is way to much for a 19 ounce cue. So be warned when onderring at this company they will not solve the issue best you can get is get your money back, but then they do not want you anymore as customer. You have to accept the cue as is. If you are a serious player I advise stay away from this. They said to me their butts and shafts all have different weights and get combined to be roughly the weight you order. So If you are lucky the cue has good balance or very bad if you are not.

It's all relative bro. I think 80% of the cues are overpriced INCLUDING most brand name cues. I also think Carbon Fiber is way overhyped. The McDermott Lucky cue for $100 is the best value by far. For carbon fiber, the Rhino shaft for $199 is the best bang for the buck. But that said, for $300, the plain JFlowers is a great deal. Maybe not the absolute best bang for the buck, but no doubt a lot of bang for the buck.

And pleeeze do not say that Predator is the best bang for the buck....lol. Lotta predator owners get touchy about their $1700 sticks. Most of them are not even 600 fargo rated, so why is it that their stick is so great there are tons of people using cheap cues that are better than them?

I own one of these P3's and just love the understated elegance of the cue! As a life-long CNC Machinist, I can appreciate the attention to detail that Predator brings to the table. From the Uni-loc joint and phenolic end caps to the 30 piece construction...just all blend together seamlessly. But that's the Looks...the Feel is another thing. At 19oz my P3 just feels so solid and smooth n accurate...shooting with it is like working the bolt on a precision rifle! I've had my P3 Curly Maple Grey for almost 2 years now, I'm on 3 APA teams n play 5X weekly... the cue feels phenomenal. The workmanship of the details, the solid feel of the hit the accuracy (I use an 11.8 Revo) give me confidence that translates to winning matches. Got MVP in my 9 ball division last season n one 1st place trophy so far. Most importantly...when I do miss a shot...its not my cue! Oh n to all those that say it's all marketing...Predator has the patents. That means they dreamt up, designed n built the 1st L/D shafts (314) and the 1st carbon fiber L/D shafts...and everyone else has copied them! A Cuetec Cynergy shaft costs as much as a Revo...why buy the imitation?

It is a great cue! Until you own one, you don't know. You have to retrain your game because how true and straight it hits. You don't realize but we all compensate with our normal cues for the shot and the cues reaction to contact . Predator with Revo shaft are unstoppable in the right hands.

There is a guy named Joey Gold who is the finest cue maker in the country; he happens to make a cue called a cognisenti (Cogs) for people who own them. His workmanship and finishes are the finest in the country PERIOD. His basic cue if there is one is $3,000 and I own 4 of them. So please stop talking about things you don’t know

Mass produced I don't know about that, seems they only make enough of each cue or shaft to make sure that the Pros they sponsor get one, then there is a few extra they distribute to the various Billiard stores for the consumers! Every time I'm looking for something Predator and I go to their Website or the Billiards store site they are "Out Of Stock"!!!!
