Nice review but I honestly feel the item looks stupid and not worth the cost. As a huge MOTU fan and collector …. I would certainly rather have the regular Snake Mountain.

I bought the Castle grey skull but I accidentally dropped it twice but because I glued it 98% was still attached and some pieces were lost. Only like 25 pieces so still looks like the castle.And when I say pieces I mean the small pieces.Btw I love big hands and more

When collapsing the set the two sections keep separating off the hinges. Did that happen with yours or did i just get a defective one?

Great review! Appreciate the honest opinions,I'm very tempted to get the motu sets,i know the quality of mega isn't *as good* as lego,but when you consider for the same price if it was lego the set would be smaller and just a few inch deep fascia it's a worthwhile trade off imo,snake mountain is currently around £200 here,which again compared to what you can get from lego for the same price isn't too bad

I miss the days were mega bloks dragons were much more simple and fun to build. Since i've bought some halo mecha sets, i didn't want buy bigger sets anymore due to bricks are popping off to easily once played with...

I just finished building mine. What an absolute Nightmare lol. Hardest build Ive done. Almost every step was a unique puzzle of it's own. Worth the effort but I'm burnt out on block building lol

Listen this build literally took the fun away from building. Cool set but I see why Lego is #1; the fun factor, quality, engineering, the way the blocks fit and the list goes on. This build was just tedious, a chase for part count and just a bad overall experience. Fighting the blocks to snap together did nothing but add to the problem. With that being said I like the outcome just didn’t enjoy going through the build to get there and that’s the part of brick building it’s supposed to be fun throughout the process to where when your done you’re looking for more bc of how fun the experience was. @@collectorscloset2562 yeah I hear ya. I can't say I enjoyed the building experience either. Tedious and sometimes you about have to break out a hammer to get the bricks together. God forbid you made a mistake and need to separate them lol Ive done many LEGO sets and I'm almost always beyond satisfied with the experience start to finish. The MEGA builds I always appreciate the final result as a Display Piece but the building process.... Not at all

The amount of pain and disappointment I felt when the hand snapped off is immeasurable. It really sucks Omega's been having production issues because he looks insane! He doesn't justify a $50 price point even without the issues, but he's way bigger and badder than what Overt-Kill was when he was being charged for the same price. It's definitely a grab whenever a sale goes live because he's not horrible by any means, just overpriced for what you're getting.

Certainly some questionable design choices, but when you compare it to the Mattel Halo 5 figures or the McFarlane Halo 4/5 figures, it is EASILY the best version of Chief's new look we've ever had. The sculpt, the detail, the paint apps are all great. IMO it's overall a great figure, and one of the better ones in the line.

Looks like a nice set! Just recieved an email from Entertainment Earth that my preorder for the "battle for eternia 2" set was cancelled by the manufacturer with no explanation. I then looked on the only other place i knew had listings for it, Amazon, but the listing had changed to "out of stock". So dissappointed!

Ayyyye! I had to go pick up the boys. Finally got em today! Had to pay the full forty but nothing at target was on sale so I'd have paid more to get more than one figure anyway. Sam's proportions are so wonky and I'm really happy with the accuracy. Both of them are so stylized it's like. We know it's different sculpt and I'm happy to pay Todd full price for a good product. Your review set me on the path to that so I figured I'd give you a thanks and say, as always, keep up the good work!
