@@butyoucancallmesam I truly miss making videos for KZfaq and do hope to eventually get back to posting regularly. But for now, my priorities had to shift and my time and attention is being used to pour into my family and church family. So glad you’re enjoying my videos though! As the Lord leads, hopefully I’ll be back!

This is such a helpful video. We eat very similar to how you eat - cleanish. But you made a really good point about eating how you eat at home to keep your digestive system happy. No lie, I was looking forward to doing a lot of cheating! But I also want to enjoy our vacation.

This is a great idea! I would probably keep meats separate so there's no cross contamination when thawing. Sometimes juices leak out of the packaging.

Bronners recommends 1/3-1/2 cup PER LOAD. (See their Dilutions Cheat Sheet.) Your brand of soap is comparable: they’re all 40-50% water. You’re washing over 40 loads with 1 cup of your concoction. So you’re using only about 5% of the recommended amount of soap per load. You might as well just wash with plain water. Results will be comparable.

Wild Brine is a excellent RAW (not paterized/cooked) sauerkraut full of good gut bacteria flora. In a health food store a 18oz of Wild Brine was $6 (not sure of the price now)...I buy Trader Joe's raw sauerkraut 18oz for $5. I usually buy two at the same time which equals $10. So this 50oz of Wild brine at Costco is a excellent deal for under $10.

According to my research it's said that pink salt-commonly called Himalayan salt-is actually extracted from deep within Pakistan's Khewra mountain range, roughly 200 miles from the Himalayas. I still have some of the pink salt, but I'm just saying that the sourcing for pink salt isn't as transparent as the Redmond's Real slat company
