Crack beans huh? High fructose corn syrup beans with extra sugar added lol. No wonder people like them so much! They probably have more sugar than a Coca Cola

Have you cooked a pizza on you GMG. I did one a few on the Kamado. I actually used the stone from my GMG oven. It fit 1:42 my Joe Kettle fine. Stone at 530 degrees pizza looked perfect just more smoke flavor that the GMG did probably too much smoke. I use a pizza screen. What charcoal did you use. And what did you think of the smoke level. Thanks

You might want to turn your top vent around. That way when you open the lid it won’t flip the vent open and change your setting

Those ribs look absolutely delicious! They look tender and juicy! I've noticed a lot of people using the Kamado Joe and I might have to look into getting one in the future sometime. Thanks for sharing and have a great day!

Good luck sir, I’ve had one for several years and it’s life changing. Pro tip: Pick up an IKamand for regulated cooking and it will be a game changer for you. Good luck!

Thank you! I really enjoyed smoking on it for the first time yesterday. I definitely should have wrapped them at the 2 hour mark and could have benefited from the Ikamand thanks for the advice!
