Wow, I bumped into this channel and I love this couple since the last one I saw. I get excited now at 60 and single

My husband and I didn't contract the virus. We were lucky because we were both retired and owned a single-family house on a large lot. We used the best recommended masks, washed our hands frequently, used Purell-type products, took Vitamin D3 religiously, used social distancing while at grocery stores, quit the gym and other such gatherings, and sprayed our noses (and gargled) deeply with a solution of Povidone-Iodine in distilled water. This solution was eventually used by ER doctors and doctors who wanted to keep their practices open -- some requiring their staff and patients to use it, as well. The shutdown was easier for us, but it didn't eliminate the anxiety concerning the deadly virus and its effect on getting medical attention and other services. It was surreal.
