What mostly seems to be ignored is the dire consequences of calling the police, yet they did so. The note didn't just say she would be killed, rather that she would be beheaded! The ransom money was trivial to John so why would they ignore the fact that, if the ransom note is genuine, then calling the police just signed JonBenet's death warrant.

I remember when this happened , I had always thought that Burke did it , by accident or rather sibling fighting he hit her in the head, and that Patsy had went nuts trying to cover it up ...but in the ensuing years there has been alot to refute it , so of course idk

I don’t think Burke or the parents did it, but I think the parents know who did. I just can’t figure out why they would cover for that person for so long - it would have to be someone with a great deal of leverage over that family.

I really dont think anyone in the family did it - they didnt seem like sick psychopaths to me. I think it was someone who knew them or knew "of" them, as they knew about John's job. There was a stun gun and duct tape found at the housekeepers house and she was known to ask Patsy for money on occasion, so I wonder how well they investigated her and her husband.

That's such a great ride until you get near the Platte river in downtown, then it stinks, literally like human feces due to our homeless problem and by all means do not go into the river! Denver has so many great trail systems to get you all over from here to Boulder, to Golden, to Thornton and everywhere in between, just watch yourself around downtown and for the ladies, don't ride alone at night.
@Ramblingroads
@Ramblingroads 9 күн бұрын
Yes, that's sad but true. Its also really bad when you head east on the Platte along the RiNo area. I was there last evening and tons of homeless over there so I'd be careful in that area too.

@Ramblingroads haven't tried that way in years. The last time was over a decade ago at night and the homeless was a bit of an issue for a stretch. Would like to check it out again, but not to play dodge person. Taking that stretch out East to Golden is a nice ride, especially when you get close to Coors. The downhill back is a blast!

@@seano218 I hear ya. Not really worth riding through the homeless land. I haven't done that stretch to Golden yet. That climb would be a bit of a bitch but I'm sure worth it coming back. I'll have to do it sometime.

That’s actually insane that the person spotted at the house at around 5.30 was never looked into, because Lou smit Said that the person probably was already inside the house at the time they were at the party. A college student should definitely not be ruled out

Former Boulder detective Thomas was sued an lost pushing the Patsy did it an lost in court with 0 facts to back up his book that he talked about writing while trying to to solve a case. Who murdered JB. I'd love to know like many thousands others. Bring your proof with your opinion.....

I'm not pro anything. Just open minded. People can't get out of their box for reason they can't easily figure out this puzzle. "A father and son were in a car accident where the father was killed. The ambulance brought the son to the hospital. He needed immediate surgery. In the operating room, a doctor came in and looked at the little boy and said I can't operate on him he is my son. Who is the doctor? " Since the ransom note has a feminine tone it would be super doubtful another woman would have written it so everyone concludes that the mother wrote it and finds the story to fit the narrative. The same reason even a feminist can't realize a surgeon can be a woman. Its rare that a woman other then Patsy would have written it but very possible.

Many of my questions were answered, but I still can't get past the "We are not angry with the monster who did this." I understand forgiveness is their goal as devote Christians, however, it said too soon. I have three children and one is a girl. I would forgive, but God knows I would need time at his feet asking for strength. She didn't die an easy death and thats why I struggle to understand the quick to forgive. Yes, the Bible says be quick to forgive, but really is it? I digress.

My theory is whoever was SA her, is ultimately the culprit. I honestly don't know if she made it home alive that night and the parents' friends are in on it. The brother didn't know and probably was told she's just sleeping. He was what, 10 or so at the time? Doubt he'd question it. On the other hand, the thing that sticks out is the garrote made with the paintbrush from Patsy's art set. Which then leads me to believe it was the father. Patsy for sure wrote the note to coverup whatever happened and then they invited a bunch of people over to contaminate the scene.

At 25:00. If there's a camera on that property, wonder how long it's been there and if there's a chance it could have taken a picture related to the case. I know I have trail cams for deer and I have saved old picture data.

I wondered that too. And actually I made commentary about that while I was driving but didn't end up including it, but I thought the same thing. There is probably many properties that have camera's. The only problem is that it was probably at night and would be too hard to see (at least him driving to dump body for instance.) But there could be something out there for sure.

tbh i lean more into Patsy possibly having murdered Jonbenet on accident t over JB having constantly wetting the bed (and Patsy's stresss of dealing with cancer and constantly going from party to party (basically socializing) probably added onto the frustration and yea. And its mostly clear that she wrote the letter cause its her stationary and the handwriting matches her handwriting (like 98%?). But then another part of me feels that the parents knew someone who did it and they want to cover it up because its embarrasing and plus JonBenet was discovered to have had some sexual trauma in her privates area. (plus the unidentified male dna that was found too).

Her brother did it. But Burke was NOT her full brother and Patsy had to do some quick footwork to cover up her affair and that Burke WAS A B@$T@RD. Jon Benet found out Burke was illegitimate and Burke strangled her out of anger. Then Patty found Burke with his half-sister's unalive body and COVERED UP FOR HER SON. Then JOHN found out that 1) Burke wasn't his biological child, 2) that Burke had actually UNALIVED John's ONLY child, 3) Patsy threatened John with some shared secret (that I *could* wildly speculate about but won't) after Jon Benet was found UNALIVE in order to protect HER son and 4) that secret was so damming JOHN DECIDED TO KEEP QUIET. But that is only my OWN personal opinion based on evidence that has surfaced since the child was unalived. John will NEVER reveal who unalived his daughter because he (based on my opinion and speculation - not stating as fact) has too much to lose as long as his STEP-SON BURKE is living.... because if my suppositions and deductions are correct then BOTH BURKE AND JOHN RAMSEY ARE COMPLICIT IN UNALIVING THAT YOUNG GIRL - ONE BY COMMITTING THE ACT AND ONE AS AN ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT IN A COVER-UP. JOHN KNOWS. HE WILL NEVER TELL BECAUSE HE WOULD BE IMPLICATED. But again - my opinion based on the evidence. BTW my son was born in 2006 .... I have followed this case since DAY ONE.
