The current MX-5 looks like a cat fish. This one is too flashy. Wagon wheels too big. Needs more leg room, trunk, and interior space. Just a little more.

Imo, the current Miata looks awesome. The Miata will always keep true to form by being a small lightweight sports car. If you add more leg room and space that’s going to add significant weight thus affecting the driving dynamics and fun factor. If you want a bigger convertible there are other choices to pick from.

It’s people like this that killed the Miata. 2025 will be full electric, much larger and roomier, weigh over 3,000lbs, and be automatic only. This video does not show the actual new body style. But Mazda has come forward and said it will be full electric and automatic only. The Miata is dead.

All that fuel efficiency will be gone when the time comes to replace the main batteries. That climate change propaganda is giving us only the illusion of saving on gas. The hybrid cars cost more because we have to buy the whole hybrid system up front, including the main batteries, which will have to be replaced after some time... and replaced... and replaced... and they're expensive! There is no other choice because without those batteries, the car will be dead. So, who would buy the dead car from you? No one.

You fail to mention that this 6 cylinder truck is antiquated, still using a timing belt vs a chain. Therefore subjecting u to high maintenance costs and potential engine destruction due to a belt break.

GM announced in 2018 that it would be dropping the Impala, along with several other passenger-car models, from its lineup. So they haven't been making the Impala for 6 years now...and there certainly will not be a 2025 model!
