Everything sounds positive some things you can also do to improve engagement and overall Create a broadcast channel for highlights on instagram, behind the scenes, highlights ect. Doco series during season which could contain Snippits of training, pep talk from jr, player training ect. Improvements to post match press confrerence improve microphones so we can hear the questions being asked clearly.
