The weather of N.C. Is terrible. Cheaper YES. Bugs. Really bad. I moved back to Cali. So much more relaxed. Worth the extra cost for better weather.

Im having regret as well .. I feel so bad because I have a child but , coming from Cali to North Carolina this is not a happy move I’m trying to stick it out at least two years but, I miss Cali so much

Yess! It definitely gets cold! But you adjust so it isn’t that bad :)

How does the playdoh not dry out with the holes in the egg momma? I have this issue with my fiancees one year old daughter. Her mom passed last year so this is her first easter without her mum

Im sorry for her loss! That must’ve been hard for you all. This is my first year doing the playdoh in the eggs. The playdoh company sells playdoh eggs that have playdoh inside so that is a route you could go. For me, I decided I was going to make my own though because it is easier and we’re not doing a super large Easter egg hunt. But the way I plan on it not drying out is by filling a few with playdoh right before my daughter starts her egg hunt and then as she opens the ones with playdoh, collecting them and putting them into the original playdoh container. I hope this helps!

Newcomers always talk about the weather, taxes, cost and other financial aspect of States like NC when they move from a State like CA, but they rarely talk about the people. Probably because of where they come from its less important. It's the people and their common sense who have made NC a good place to live. Leave the "blue" politics, bougie attitude, pretentiousness and entitlement in California! North Carolinians are not perfect, but they are a down to earth, practical, helpful people inspired by the idea of southern gentry. They are some of the best America has to offer. So, don't bring the worst. And because you think you are bringing 'business and money' does not mean you are bringing the best. You can keep that in CA too.

Thank you for your OPINION. That’s what this comment section is all about. When living in NC, it wasn’t for me. The people weren’t nice. The crime was HIGH. For the first time in my life, someone tried to break into my home, keyed my mom’s car, broke into my partners car and smashed all the windows, etc. Within 6months of being there. So again, thank you for your OPINION but that isn’t a fact.

I love that you doing have a keirug! We feel like we need so many of these gadgets when we can make coffee and tea with what we’re already have! I love tea and so many times have thought about getting an electric kettle and stop myself because I can use the stove or microwave. I’m happier with less stuff and it’s better for our environment

I’m happy their are many stay at home moms, home raising the children. Let me tell you new mothers this, that’s a good way to ensure your kids are growing up mentally, spiritually, and physically happy❤
