I think Maddie got up and was possibly off balance due to sedation and fell off balcony onto rocks below. Then they briefly hid her behind the sofa and /or wardrobe while coming up with a plan for what they could do with her until they could dispose of her permanently. I think this happened at the first part of their vacation. That gave them all week to get their act together and come up with a plan. Look at that “last picture” of her paddling at the pool per Gerry. She has had not a bit of sun on her. The McCann’s could not just dial 911 or Portugal equivalent as it was an accident but they were negligent in leaving the children alone and when investigation was done, they would have likely found sedatives in all 3 kids. They would have lost custody of the twins and likely their medical licenses! I think when the upstairs lady heard crying of a child for 45 minutes, she should have called the authorities. That was likely the night before Maddie died. They may have given extra sedative as they admitted Maddie had asked why you did not come when Sean? and I were crying for you. These are very self centered people who cared more about them having fun on their vacation , than they did about their 3 lovely children. This is such a shame. Poor little Maddie.

I would have loved to see the ghosts help Allison through a hangover or dealing with someone drunk.
