Don't put your hands in the solution when it's running apparently can be very bad for your hands joints to do with sonic waves

Be careful putting your hands in the machine when it is running. The ultrasonic waves will damage your connective tissue and nerves in your hands after repeated exposure.

I put 2 new impellors in but I cant get it to pump water

Hey bud, just wondering, what's needed to convert a stock 99 style non-ves 700 into one of these 770's? Based on what you were saying, it sounds like it was just the standard 700 crank and case, with 800 pistons and cylinders right? Cause you said it's basically an 800 but with a 700 stroke? Does it require programming the CDI for the timing? Or could you theoretically just slap a set of 800 cylinders and pistons on it and have essentially a 770?
@Richard_Frost4 ай бұрын
One other thing you have to do is replace the oil pump, because the original oil pump in the 98-02 or 03 non-perc motors wouldn't pump oil in reverse, so you've got to swap it over to avoid accidentally blowing your motor from lack of oil.
@AKproXR4 ай бұрын
How long do you run a sled in reverse? Have you seen how slow an oil pump actually pumps oil? It will not hurt a sled using an older pump, unless you leave it in reverse for hours.
@Richard_Frost4 ай бұрын
@@AKproXR I personally haven't had my sled blow from this, but I have seen it happen. I only said what all of the forums and Polaris techs have told me, and I've been inclined to believe it after seeing one of my buddies sleds blow after about 4 minutes or so of being in reverse with the older pump.

Appreciate this one bud, I got a question for you though, would someone be able to slap a set of 800 VES jugs on a 700 non VES crank and case? I got a set of good jugs for an 800, and the top end just went in my 700, so I'm wondering if I could just buy a set of 800 pistons, rings, and gaskets, and slap her together or if I'll need to get some new 700 cylinders and pistons since it grenaded them.
@AKproXRАй бұрын
Iv had 770 big bores based off 800 cylinders in the past, as well as 700 based. If using 800 cylinders the upper case needs machined to accept the 800 cyl skirts, runs a Yamaha 65u over bore piston and spacer under the cylinders to correct pin hight.

Hey,mister Akproxr youtube creator. , are ya selling any late 90s Polaris snogos for an AK N8ve to own. These rigs are die hard, compared to recent models . I love in the boonies part of rural AK. I desperately need a reliable beater heater of Polaris 90s era.

How many different 700cc do they have from 98 to 2004 and which ones are non and ves. Is ves better or what's the difference. Thanks
@AKproXRАй бұрын
97 is the OG, minor revisions in 98 primarily the head and most models in 98 had 824 cylinders, 99 the cooling system was revised and all models had 824 cylinders as well as crank locator ring moved to a more centered bearing in the case VS on pto bearing like the 97-98’s were, an additional oil line was added and eliminated mixing fuel at the fuel pump and was oiled directly to the carb boots, when swapped to racked carbs oil was provided to the carbs rather then the boots. 02 all 700’s were VES as is known to be the best performing 700 big block engine, 133~ hp on 02. 03 slightly detuned, 04-05 had the addition of a knock sensor in the head to detect detonation as well as electric revers (PERC)
