@@TeresaRaab-hb5co it’s a mouth freshener so you chew it and swallow it as it breaks down by chewing. One off is ok but it stains your teeth very bad and not to mention not good for your gums.

Different way of cooking. Usually, first oil is heated--- and then in this heated oil, cumin, onion and spices are cooked/fried--- so fried mixed -spices is prepared first---- then in this MIXTURE--- the meat etc is added---- and so the meat and other material are cooked/ fried.
