Thank you when a bit lost, I needed the reminder of the tool (Shambhavi Mahamudra).

Wow this makes so much sense why Shambhavi Mahamudra brings one to a certain experienc that is so wonderful. Also in other videos when Sadhguru spoke about his realization / enlightenment the explanaton of bliss body makes so much sense. I am talking about sense but there is no sense for enybody except for that one that experiences at least a drop of this and understands what I am rambling about. Proper Yoga is an amazing tool for wellbeing, on the other hand improper "book" Yoga can lead to disaster. Because it is so potent and if not done right it can just go wrong.
