Hi. Could you tell me which type of doctor I would see for flexor digitorum longus muscle strain and pull? My podiatrist is of no help and I can barely stand.. 3 hospital stays and still no help.. thank you!

Excellent way, everyone does it in prone but it doesn't differentiate between nervous tissue and the hip flexor muscles which are also being stretched. Prone is the way to go!

I had the top of my foot ran over directly in the middle. Had a bit of bruising and pain after it happened but that was it. It's now been 2 years since it has happened and now my big toe is very tender and hurts a lot, especially at night. It seems like it's stuck flexing upwards a little bit and i can't bend it at all. I've been doing a lot of research and I'm thinking it is checkrein deformity possibly. It seems to me that it's the big tendon on top of my foot that hurts, the one that runs into the big toe, because it's stuck bending my big toe upwards. I can't put any weight on it either it hurts like a mofo. The pain is right at the top, where the toenail is but sometimes my calf feels achey and some days my ankle will hurt a little as well, but mainly my big toe. Any ideas what it could be?

Bro!!! I have the similar problem. I can’t bend it down all the way and it feels “weaker”. Stubbed my toe and fractured it playing basketball. Any new info?

@@MegaDAli95 yep. They told me it's arthritis and they want to do surgery on it called toe arthroplasty. But I don't think it really is arthritis. My toe didn't get ran over, the top of my foot did. And I have a little blood in my toenail, I don't think arthritis will do that.

I am not sure why are you letting the knee drop? You could have just support the hip and slowly bring the leg in the most adducted position. Right?

@fragrantsoul19 You don't have to. Putting your thumb over it helps you to not miss the narrow tendon, but if you know you will hit the tendon, you can just go for it directly. That's my understanding of it.

Just had a dislocated subtalar medial on my left foot from playing basketball during May of this year. How long does it take for this injury to heal. What are some mobilization technique could do on my own without someone helping me? At times the back of my foot feels a sharp pain from walking long distances and when sitting for long duration exactly where your video emphasizes on. It just a disabling injury and walking time bomb that could react in any given moment.
